Returns & Defects
Defects covered for 30 days. If your order arrives misprinted, damaged or wrong, or never arrives, email support@donotprint.shop within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We reprint it or refund you, your choice. You don’t send anything back.
Not covered: ordering the wrong size or color, or changing your mind after the 24-hour cancellation window. Everything is made after you order, so we can’t resell it.

Production
Every DNP item is made to order.
In other words: the shirt does not exist yet. Give it a minute.
Every order waits 24 hours first, so you can still cancel it or fix your address. Then production usually takes 2–7 business days before your order ships.
Most orders are completed within that timeframe, but occasionally things take longer because of:
- High-volume or holiday periods
- Product availability
- Supplier delays
- Quality-control reprints
- Larger orders
If we can’t ship in time, we’ll email you with a new date, and you can choose to wait or to cancel for a full refund.
Production time and shipping time are separate.
Shipping
Times below are business days from the end of the 24-hour hold to your door, production included. The estimate at checkout is calculated for your address.
Tees ship from the US or, for some countries, from a production partner closer to you.
US orders of $75+ ship free. Everywhere else we ship: $10 off shipping on $75+, counted after discounts.
Under $75:
United States:
- Standard 4–12 days · $4.95 for one tee
- Economy 6–15 days · $3.99 for one tee. Each extra tee adds a little.
- Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US territories, military addresses: add 7–12 days
- Canada: 5–37 days
- Australia: 5–37 days
- New Zealand: 8–37 days
- Everywhere else we ship: 12–37 days
Rates outside the US show at checkout. Outside the US, your country may charge import fees on delivery, and these aren’t included in your order total.
We don’t ship to the EU, the UK, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Switzerland, Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, Ecuador or the Palestinian territories.
