Where we ship
We ship tees and caps to the United States and to most other countries. We currently don't ship to the European Union, the United Kingdom, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Switzerland, Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, Ecuador or the Palestinian territories. If checkout doesn't accept your address, we don't ship there yet.
How an order moves
- 24-hour hold. Every order waits 24 hours, so you can still cancel it or fix your address. See our Refund policy.
- Production: 2 to 7 business days, often faster. Your item is printed or embroidered after you order it. Nothing ships from stock. Production can take longer in November and December, so order early.
- Shipping. You get a tracking number by email when the parcel ships.
Where your order ships from
Our products are made by our production partners. Caps ship from the US, to every country we ship to. Tees ship from the US or, for some countries, from a production partner closer to you. Tees and caps ship separately and may arrive on different days.
Delivery times
Business days from the end of the 24-hour hold to your door, production included. Weekends and public holidays don't count. These are estimates, not guarantees. The estimate at checkout is calculated for your address.
One table for tees and caps. Each number is the slower of the two, so plan on the long end. Tees often arrive sooner. Caps travel from the US, so outside the US they take longer.

In the US, most orders arrive 1 to 3 weeks after you order. Outside the US, allow up to about 8 weeks. If you need something by a specific date, we are the wrong store.
Shipping costs
Shipping is charged by weight and destination. In the US, one tee costs $4.95 by Standard or $3.99 by Economy, and one cap costs $5.09 by Standard or $4.69 by Economy. More items cost more: three tees, for example, cost $9.75 by Standard. Tees and caps are charged separately, so one tee and one cap by US Standard cost $4.95 + $5.09 = $10.04. Rates for other countries show at checkout. Checkout always shows the full shipping cost before you pay, and that is the price you pay.
Free shipping and $10 off
- United States: free shipping on orders of $75 or more.
- Every other country we ship to: $10 off shipping on orders of $75 or more. If shipping costs less than $10, it is free.
The $75 is counted after discounts, and the offer works together with our other discounts. Tees and caps ship separately, from different production partners. If your order has both, the offer applies to one of the two shipments and the other is charged at the normal rate. Checkout shows the exact amount.
Tracking
The first tracking scan can take 24 to 72 hours to appear. A tracking number that doesn't move for two days is normal and doesn't mean the parcel is lost. An order with tees and caps gets two tracking numbers. Check your spam folder before you email us about a missing confirmation.
Delays
If we can't ship your order within the production time above, we will email you with a new date and let you choose to wait or to cancel for a full refund. See our Refund policy.
Orders shipped outside the US: import charges
Your country may charge import taxes, duties or handling fees when your parcel arrives. These are not included in our prices or in the checkout total, and you pay them to the carrier or to customs. If you refuse to pay them and the parcel is returned or abandoned, we can't refund the order.
We declare the real value of every parcel and don't mark orders as gifts. Customs has no sense of humor.
Wrong addresses and failed deliveries
Check your address at checkout and again in your order confirmation email. Parcels that can't be delivered go back to the production partner, not to us. Our Refund policy explains what that means for your order.
