1. Who we are

This website, donotprint.shop ("DO NOT PRINT"), is run by DNP COMMERCE LLC, a Colorado limited liability company ("we", "us", "our"). Our registered address is 1500 N Grant St Ste N, Denver, CO 80203, United States.

By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy policy, Refund policy and Shipping policy, which are part of these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. What our designs are like

Some of our designs use strong language and crude humor. If that isn’t your thing, this isn’t your store, and no hard feelings.

3. Products and prices

• Every product is made to order by our production partners.
• Product photos are digital mockups. Real color, print placement and fabric texture can differ slightly. Screens differ, and so do dye lots.
• Prices are in US dollars and can change. The price when you place your order is the price you pay.
• Prices don't include sales tax or import charges. If tax applies to your order, checkout shows it before you pay. Import charges outside the US are explained in our Shipping policy.
• If a product is listed at the wrong price by mistake, we may cancel the order and refund it in full, even after we confirmed it.
• We may limit quantities, refuse an order, or stop selling a product at any time.

4. Orders and payment

When you place an order, you offer to buy, and you confirm that the information you give us is accurate. We accept when we send your order confirmation. Card payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

You can cancel within 24 hours of ordering, as our Refund policy explains. We may cancel and refund any order that we reasonably believe is fraudulent or breaks these terms.

5. Our designs

Our designs, text, layouts and the DO NOT PRINT name and logo belong to us or are used with permission. You may not copy, print, resell or commercially use any of them without our written permission. Buying a shirt buys you a shirt.

If you believe a design uses your work or your trademark without permission, email support@donotprint.shop with a description of your work, a link to the product, and proof that you own the rights. We review every notice and act on it.

6. Using the site

Don't use this site to break the law, spread malware, scrape data, try to get into our systems, or interfere with how the site works.

Reviews and anything else you send us must be your own, and must not be unlawful, defamatory or infringing. We may remove any of it at any time.

7. Other companies we use

Our products are made and shipped by our production partners. Payments, reviews, email and analytics are handled by other companies. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to their part of the service.

8. The website "as is"

We provide the website and its content "as is" and "as available". We don't promise that the site will always work, be error-free or be secure, and we are not liable for that, to the extent the law allows. This section is about the website. It does not limit what our Refund policy promises for products, or any rights the law gives you that can't be waived.

9. Limits on our liability

To the extent the law allows, DNP COMMERCE LLC and its owner are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or from any product you buy. For any claim about an order, our total liability is limited to what you paid for that order.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit, such as liability for fraud. Some states and countries don't allow some of these limits, so they may not apply to you.

10. Your responsibility

If you break these terms or the law, or violate someone else's rights, and a claim is made against us because of it, you agree to cover our reasonable costs of that claim, including legal fees, to the extent the law allows.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, you keep any protection that the law where you live gives you and that cannot be waived.

If something goes wrong, email us first. Most problems end with a reprint.

12. If part of these terms doesn't hold

If a court finds part of these terms unenforceable, that part is removed and the rest still applies. These terms and the policies named in section 1 are the whole agreement between you and us.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page, with the date at the top. The terms in place when you order apply to that order.
