Privacy policy
Last updated: October 16, 2026
This policy explains what personal information DO NOT PRINT collects, why, who gets it, and what you can do about it. We collect what we need to sell you a shirt or a cap and get it to your door. That is the whole ambition.
1. Who we are
DO NOT PRINT (donotprint.shop) is run by DNP COMMERCE LLC, a Colorado limited liability company ("we", "us"). Registered address: 1500 N Grant St Ste N, Denver, CO 80203, United States. Email: support@donotprint.shop.
2. What we collect
- When you browse: device and browser details, IP address, approximate location, the pages you view, and how you got here. This comes from cookies and similar technologies.
- When you order: name, email address, phone number, billing and shipping address, what you bought, and payment confirmation details. We never receive your full card number. Stripe handles it.
- When you sign up for emails: your email address and when you signed up.
- When you contact us: what you send, such as your name, email address, phone number and message.
- When you leave a review: the name you enter, your rating, your review and any photo you add.
3. Why we use it
- To take your payment, make your order, ship it and track it
- To send order confirmations, shipping updates and replies to your emails
- To screen orders for fraud
- To ask for a review after your order
- To send marketing email, only if you signed up
- To see how the site is used and fix what is broken
- To keep the records that tax and accounting rules require
4. Who we share it with
We don't sell your personal information for money. We share it with these service providers, and each gets only what it needs:
- Shopify runs our store and checkout. Shopify privacy policy
- Stripe processes card payments. Stripe privacy policy
- Our production partners receive your name, shipping address, phone number and order details so they can make and ship your item.
- Shipping carriers receive what they need to deliver your parcel. For orders shipped outside the US, customs authorities receive the details on the customs declaration.
- Judge.me emails you a review request after your order and hosts any review you post.
- Email and analytics tools send our emails and show us how the site is used.
We may also share information when the law requires it, or to protect our rights, for example in a payment dispute.
5. Advertising cookies and how to opt out
If we run ads, advertising partners may collect information through cookies on our site to show you ads elsewhere. Some US state laws call this "selling" or "sharing" personal information, or "targeted advertising". You can opt out on our Your Privacy Choices page. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as an opt-out for that browser. Our site does not respond to the older "Do Not Track" browser signal.
6. Cookies
We use cookies to run the cart and checkout, to measure traffic, and, if we run ads, to measure them. You can block cookies in your browser, but the cart and checkout need the essential ones to work.
7. Where your information is processed
We, our service providers and our production partners store and process information in the United States and other countries, including the country where your order is made.
8. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, the law may give you the right to:
- know what personal information we hold about you, and get a copy of it
- correct it if it is wrong
- have it deleted
- opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your information and of targeted advertising
- use these rights without being treated worse for it
We honor these requests from every customer, wherever you live. Email support@donotprint.shop with PRIVACY REQUEST in the subject line. We may ask you to confirm it is you, usually by writing from the email address on your order. We reply within 45 days. If we need more time, we will tell you why. Someone you authorize in writing can make the request for you.
If we turn down your request, you can appeal: reply with PRIVACY APPEAL in the subject line. We answer appeals within 45 days. If you are still unhappy after that, you can contact your state attorney general.
9. Marketing email
You only get marketing email if you signed up for it. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link and our postal address. After you unsubscribe, we stop promptly, and always within 10 business days. Order and shipping emails keep coming, because you need those.
10. How long we keep it
We keep order records as long as we need them to handle your order, returns and disputes, and to meet tax and accounting rules. We keep your email address for marketing until you unsubscribe.
11. Children
Our store isn’t directed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect personal information from them. If you think a child under 13 has given us personal information, email us and we will delete it.
12. Security
We use reasonable measures, including encrypted connections, to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise that nothing will ever go wrong.
13. Changes
We may update this policy. The current version is always on this page, with the date at the top.
