Changed your mind fast? Cancel within 24 hours of ordering. Details in our Refund policy.

One size. The strap does the rest.

Every DNP item is made to order.

In other words: the cap does not exist yet. Give it a minute.

Every order waits 24 hours first, so you can still cancel it or fix your address. Then production usually takes 2–7 business days before your order ships.

Most orders are completed within that timeframe, but occasionally things take longer because of:

• High-volume or holiday periods
• Product availability
• Supplier delays
• Quality-control reprints
• Larger orders

If we can’t ship in time, we’ll email you with a new date, and you can choose to wait or to cancel for a full refund.

Production time and shipping time are separate.

Times below are business days from the end of the 24-hour hold to your door, production included. The estimate at checkout is calculated for your address.

Caps ship worldwide from the US.

US orders of $75+ ship free. Everywhere else we ship: $10 off shipping on $75+, counted after discounts.

Under $75:

• United States: Standard 4–12 days · $5.09 for one cap; Economy 6–15 days · $4.69 for one cap. Each extra cap adds a little.
• Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US territories, military addresses: add 7–12 days
• Canada, Australia and everywhere else we ship: 12–37 days. Rates show at checkout.

Caps sent outside the US cross a customs border. Your country may charge duties, import tax or handling fees on delivery, and these aren’t included in your order total.

Caps and tees ship separately. If you order both, the free shipping or $10 off covers one of the two shipments.

We don’t ship to the EU, the UK, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Switzerland, Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, Ecuador or the Palestinian territories.

Estimates, not guarantees. Full details are in our Shipping policy.
